Santa needs to arrive on WAILEA beach at 9am, so I think in past years we have done a schedule like: 

7:30am                 Canoe is at Ulua Beach

                                Decorate Canoe with foliage from Kimokeo and Kainoa

8:20am                 Santa gets dropped off at ULUA beach

8:45am                 Canoe w/ Santa departs ULUA

9:00am                 Santa Canoe arrival on WAILEA BEACH

 6 Paddlers escort Santa down to his chair, 6 stay with canoe to take pictures and help people on canoe chair 

9:30ish                  Push canoe further up beach and hele

                                Meals delivered to paddlers
