Body alignment, energy Qi Gong series, core building and shoulder and back strengthening and release and more.

BodyKi (body lifeforce) is a system health mind/body I developed in 1985.

BodyKi focuses on breathing and breath awareness. Using visualization to ʻseeʻ the whole self. This practice bring awareness of the body and helps with body alignment.

Qi Gong- stimulating the body’s energy pathways; elements of ballet based body alignment exercises, and core building.

Also martial art exercises are illustrated for body balance and mindfulness.

Exercises are both in standing and sitting positions.
